I want to remind YOU of something...
The God of the Bible is AWARE of what YOU need.
Do YOU believe that?
Whatever is on your heart/mind right now and it is weighing you down...He sees that.
He really wants to comfort you and take the burdens off of you.
He doesn't want you walking around so heavy all the time.
He wants to HELP you.
IF you need ANYTHING right now...talk with God about it. Not to make Him aware of your struggles and needs because He knows already but to make you aware that He KNOWS you. This will help you be reassured that He is capable of handling all that you are stressed about.
"Cast your burden on theLord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." Psalm 55:22
"Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7
"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
