This week on Coffee Chat, my friend Maria , one of my Mighty Caregivers who helps me with my self-care, shared 10 practices for a peaceful and powerful life. A few really stood out to me.
I want to start each morning by taking a few moments for myself, naming three things I am grateful for, and identifying three things I want to accomplish that day. The advice that resonated most was to protect my peace with healthy boundaries and be intentional about what is truly important.
I also want to end each day by reflecting on what I am grateful for and paying more attention to my sleep habits. Small daily practices can make a big difference in how we care for ourselves.
