Heyyyoo! Brandon here, coming in with exciting news for the week! I've been smiling everyday seeing Root-2-Nature continue to grow and filling up with peeps. It really warms my heart to see you all interested in this type of work. We've got 9 peeps in here and 64 members in the meetup.com group. Coming together to help each other heal through somatic work, nature connection, and heart coherence is a dream of mine. My ultimate goal is creating an person nature school where we can all gather on sacred land to learn, connect, and heal together. For now, using the online space and local parks for in person events in Austin will be great! Excited to host another group heart coherence journey with you all. It'll be different this time... 1 hour long, 10 minutes of lecture, 30 minutes of journeying with breath and meditation, 20 minutes to share and process together. I'm expecting a lot more participants this go round with offering this to this classroom and the meetup group, so it's going to be some fun energy coming together to journey into the heart! Our first group journey and lecture will be Sunday, January 11th @ 5pm - 6:30pm US Central Time (Add to calendar in the calendar tab). This will be a heart coherence journey using shamanic practices and somatic healing tools. We'll start off with a 30 - 45 minutes lecture covering my theory on Bio-Energetics and Bio-Spirituality and what you can do to start increasing your cellular voltage and creating more coherence in your physical body. To prepare for class, watch these two short videos that explain heart coherence and bio-energetics.
