Tips to Improve FB Unopened Rates 📊

Does anyone have good suggestions on how to get better open rate % for DMs on Facebook?

Have been getting good poll numbers doing chats in FB Groups ... but the % open rate when we try to tap them via DM isn't good

Lots of people want the offer but too many are not aware of the DM (can't see it / don't check)
