When my kiddos were growing up, I always found cool free and inexpensive outings. One of our favorites was NYC. Yes, free New York. I would park up town, and we would visit Central Park, 5th Avenue, and the Smithsonian Museums. Sometimes we would wander by Times Square and Rockefeller Center. We had a wonderful time riding the elevator in Tiffany's where they have an elevator attendant, and browsing the $3000 blouses in Bergdorf Goodman's.
I just came across this AARP article with things that grownups can get or do for free. What speaks to you?
