When we do what we love, we get a boost of dopamine (reward hormone) and then we’re less likely to crave dopamine from sugar, alcohol, scrolling on social media, and emotional eating (to name a few)
For me, it’s spending time in my garden. I love the smell of the earth, the physical activity, being outside, and being with the plants.
