I’m pleased to share a significant milestone in my current project: I’ve successfully connected with 200 homeowners who have shown interest in my selling their home ! 🏡 To effectively manage and nurture these leads, I’m leveraging a combination of cold calling, using VAs, and Xleads. The VAs are helping streamline initial outreach, while Xleads enables me to target and engage high-potential prospects with precision. This approach is allowing me to scale my efforts and ensure that each lead is receiving the personalized attention they deserve. I’m excited to continue progressing with these 200 homeowners and see where these relationships lead.

Whats you best advice for someone looking to grow outside there network to get the to deal/month?

I am pleased to announce the successful closure of my 5th deal this month. This accomplishment is a reflection of continuous hard work, strategic planning, and the support of all those who have been part of this journey. As part of my ongoing efforts to scale and drive further success, I am preparing to expand my team by bringing on an additional Virtual Assistant. Additionally, I will be implementing email campaigns to generate further business opportunities and continue building momentum. I am excited for the future and look forward to the continued growth of my business.
