Roast my offer idea...

This might be a little niche, it's for realtors mainly I think, but can possibly apply to others.

My target audience would be realtors that are trying to sell vacant lots to build houses on.

I would get their lot and design a house so that they can show potential clients what kind of house they could build on the lot.

I would design a house based on comps the realtor gives me. I can use AI to create some different designs, then pick what I think is the best, do a floorplan, some basic elevations, and maybe some renderings using AI and they can use it as a sales tool.

They can sell the lot using my stuff as a sales tool and I can possibly get the job of completing the plans if the buyer likes the design enough to do it.

Fee to realtor I'm thinking around $500.

Who knows if it will work. I don't see anyone doing this, maybe that's a hint 🤷‍♂️
