New Roaster of the Week rule

Now you can win Roaster of the Week once every month, instead of every 2 weeks.

I noticed that some people feel bad by winning too much and take it slow on roasts after winning once. Some even ask to not win in order to give a chance to other people and that's very noble.

So now there will be four winners for each month, and at the end of the month I'll make a post giving a shoutout to each winner. And if you don't want to get a free pinned post ad for whatever reason, feel free to let me know in the DMs.

The rules for second pinned post stay the same, just keep yourself at the top of 7 da leaderboards.
