When to send a DM v community post (important)
Quick note on how to get the fastest answers inside the community
As the group grows, & myself are getting a lot of similar DMs with questions that have already been asked and answered really well.
To help everyone get answers faster (and help the whole group learn), here’s the best way to approach questions:
1️⃣ Use the search bar in community
This is by far the fastest way to get an answer. Many common questions around training structure, fueling, Hexis, strength work, Vekta, recovery, etc. have already been discussed in depth.
2️⃣ Post in the community
If you can’t find the answer via search, post your question in the community. Often someone will jump in with:“Anthony / Matthew answered this last week – here’s the key takeaway.”
This helps everyone benefit from the answer, not just one person.
3️⃣ Use DMs for individual training decisions only
DMs are best for questions that are specific to your schedule.
Example:“Tomorrow is a rest day but I can train – can I swap it with Friday?”
That’s individual and absolutely fine for DM.
General questions (e.g. how to use Hexis, how to progress the strength plan, how to interpret a session) are much better asked in the community so others can learn too.
Thanks for helping keep the group strong, helpful, and moving forward together.
