Any goals for the week?
My main goal for the week is to learn about vagus nerve stimulation and suss that out a bit. I want to try one out and see if there’s any benefit for me. But I’m completely new to the topic so I’m aiming to have reached a conclusion by the end of the week about which brand to get etc. Leaning towards the Neurosym ear device currently.
I don’t think that there would be anything in this as a cycling recovery tool but it does seem to be interesting from a health perspective in terms of helping the parasympathetic nervous system which has an array of benefits. Reducing depression/anxiety, stress, stomach issues, sleep quality etc. Also some HRV benefits. So maybe it would help the bike to be fair!
