We did it!
Somewhat unexpectedly, and a little earlier than we planned! But we'd been looking for a specific model (Thor Axis/Vegas 24.1) as it felt small enough to go anywhere in but large enough to live in. The exact model and year we wanted popped up for sale 15 min from where my family lives in Florida. They checked it out for us, became fast friends with the seller (I even went to school with his kids but we didn't know each other)
We hopped in our SUV in Colorado, piled with our dogs and everything we'd need to move into the RV. It's officially ours now! We're staying in FL for a few more weeks, then we'll make the trip back home to get our house emptied and ready to sell, then hit the road!
