đ This tab exists so you understand the values and lived devotion behind how this space is held â and why gentleness is not negotiable here.
I lead this space the way I do because I know what itâs like to live in survival mode â and I know what it takes to come home from it.
For many years, safety came second to responsibility. My nervous system learned to stay alert, to carry what wasnât mine, to keep going even when my body was asking for rest. When my mother passed, something shifted. A weight I didnât realize I was still holding softened.
I could finally breathe â and begin returning to myself.
This space was born from that return.
I donât lead with urgency here.
I donât lead with pressure, performance, or âpush throughâ energy.
I lead with presence, rhythm, and respect for the bodyâs timing.
Because Iâve learned this truth firsthand:
Healing doesnât happen faster when we force it.
Safety doesnât grow through proving.
And real transformation only sticks when the nervous system feels met.
So the way I hold this space is intentional.
⨠I move slowly on purpose.
⨠I value honesty over productivity.
⨠I make room for pauses, questions, and quiet integration.
⨠I trust that whatâs meant to surface will â without being dragged into the light.
You wonât be rushed here.
You wonât be required to share more than feels true.
You wonât be asked to perform healing, gratitude, or growth.
Instead, youâll be invited to listen. To notice. To return to yourself again and again â in small, sustainable ways.
I donât see myself as above you. I see myself as with you.
I lead from lived experience, deep listening, and devotion to safety â not because I have all the answers, but because I know how to hold space while the answers emerge.
If youâre here, itâs because something in you is ready for gentler ground. And itâs an honor to hold that with you.
Welcome. You're allowed to arrive slowly here.
