Welcome to the Network: Real Support From People Who Actually Get It
Let’s be honest—the traditional mental health system is broken.
For too long, we’ve relied on professionals and psychiatrists who learn everything they know from textbooks and paper. They haven’t lived it. When you're struggling, the last thing you want is someone clinical judging your life or scaring you with the threat of hospitals and formal intervention. The truth is, people are far more open to talking to a mate or someone who's walked the exact same path, but friends often don't know how to guide you because they haven't lived through the heavy stuff.
That is why I am building this platform.
I’ve been diagnosed since the age of 4—dealing with ADHD, low and high-functioning autism, PDA, ADD, and drug addiction—and I've lived through care homes, broken boarding schools, and everything in between. As a dad of four where three of my kids have ADHD and these overlapping conditions, I live and breathe this every single day.
Here is what we are building here:
Early Intervention: A safe place to log on and get support before things reach a crisis point and you end up forced into the psychiatric system.
Smart Categorization: When you join, a simple sorting process points you into the right rooms and chats so you are talking directly to people who share your exact perspective.
Real, Diverse Topics: It's not just standard mental health. We cover neurodiversity, drug addiction recovery, and dedicated spaces for single mums and dads to connect and support each other—or even just to drop in for a normal chat and listen.
100% Absolute Confidentiality: Trust is everything here. Your privacy is guaranteed. We will always ask for your explicit permission before anything about you or your situation is ever posted or shared. If you don't want it shared, it stays private.
We don't need paper-trained experts telling us how we feel. We need a community of people with lifelong, lived experience who can actually guide each other in the right direction without the fear.
Welcome aboard. Pull up a chair, find your group, and let's look out for each other.
