I just want to start by saying...Iâm really glad youâre here.
If you found your way into this space, thereâs a good chance youâve experienced some kind of loss. Maybe the loss of a loved one, a relationship, your health, your sense of identity or a version of life you thought youâd have.
And somewhere along the way youâve been trying to hold it all together.
I see you. Iâve been there too.
After losing my dad unexpectedly, everything in my life shifted. The grief, the anxiety and the heaviness came in waves and I didnât know how to handle it.
What I needed most was a space where I didnât have to pretend I was okay.
Thatâs why I created this community đ
This is a space where:

- You can reconnect with God at your own pace
- You can find simple ways to calm your mind and body
- You are surrounded by women who truly understand
There is no pressure here. No timeline for your healing.
