Short exercise.
  1. Sit comfortably and place one hand over your heart.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths—in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  3. Silently name one thing you’re grateful for right now (even something small).
  4. Whisper to yourself: “I am doing my best, and that is enough.”
Carry that softness with you today. You don’t have to rush—peace meets you where you are
