The “3 Moments of Light” Reset 1. Pause for one slow breathInhale ease… exhale anything heavy. 2. Name 3 tiny moments of light you already had today(Examples: waking up warm, your dog’s face, morning quiet, the fact you’re still showing up.) 3. Pick ONE word you want to guide your day. A word like steady, hopeful, ease, confidence, gratitude, strength— whisper it to yourself and let it set your tone. This gently resets your emotional state and helps your mind lock onto the positive.
