“Grace Over Guilt” Reset
  1. Sit comfortably and place one hand over your heart.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths—in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  3. Silently say:“I give myself permission to move gently today.”
  4. Write down one thing you did right yesterday (big or small).
  5. Write one kind thing you’ll do for yourself today.
That’s it. No pushing. No pressure. Just presence.
