Grounding Exercise
  1. Sit comfortably and place one hand on your heart.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.
  3. On each exhale, silently say: “I let go.”
  4. When finished, write or think of one thing you did today that moved your life forward—big or small.
