Morning all, This year I relaunched my aesthetics business in a new location. I prayed for it to be busy and God answered that prayer. It’s thriving 🙏🏼 and the biggest blessing to come out of it has been the women who I am connecting with, women who have been through chronic stress and are struggling with confidence and all sorts of things, God has really blessed me with helping to comfort, guide and pray for these women which is just such an incredible opportunity 🫶 But with answered prayer has come stretch. There are days I sit in my clinic and my mind is full. Full of ideas. Full of vision. Full of the gifts I believe God has placed inside me and sometimes… instead of starting one thing, I feel paralysed by all of it and start nothing 😂 One thing I’ve recognised about myself is that when I feel overwhelmed, I go quiet. I retreat. Communication drops. Not because I don’t care, but because I care so much I don’t want to show up half done. This morning I was listening to the free Glorify app and it was about how are traumas can really shape our habits and how we think of ourselves and this verse from Zephaniah 3:17, that God delights in us, it says : “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” He delights in you. He rejoices over you. He sings over you. Not when we’re perfectly structured. Not when we’ve answered every message. But just as we are. It was just what I needed to hear today and maybe you do too ✨ Growth doesn’t mean hiding your weak spots. It means recognising them and building differently. So I’m learning better rhythms. Better structure. Better communication. Not from shame, but from stewardship. If you ever feel like you have too much in your head and not enough clarity in your hands… you’re not alone. It’s been a minute since we’ve checked in with one another properly… so let’s do that today. First of all, my daughter was poorly last week and spemt the whole week at the walk in centre, a&e and on calls trying to get someone to listen to us. I felt so drained by the end of the week. She is feeling much better but would love some prayers for her healing if you dont mind 🙏 So, how are you? Like honestly? Not the “I’m fine” answer. Not the “busy as always” answer. But the honest one. 👇🏼 I’d love to know: • What is God teaching you in this season? • Where are you feeling stretched right now? • Where are you seeing growth? • Has there been a prayer answered (big or small)? I also had a huge breakthrough this last 2 weeks where my sister and I reconsiled after 3 years and have been talking most days which has made me so happy 🙏❤️ Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs are happening quietly behind the scenes. Sometimes the stretching feels uncomfortable before it feels powerful. And sometimes… we don’t even realise what God is doing until we say it out loud. This is a safe space. No pressure. No perfection. Just real women walking with faith and purpose. Drop a word, a sentence, or a full paragraph, whatever feels right today 🤍 Let’s encourage each other. Sending lots of love as always 💗

God said we will know His people by their fruit. Do your characteristics reflect your Father in Heaven? Jesus showed us exactly how to walk on this earth. When people say, “Don’t judge me,” it’s often because they don’t want to take responsibility for the choices they’re making. I was her. God calls us to look at the fruit people produce, to recognise our brothers and sisters by identity. I encourage you read God's word for yourself & let him help you cultivate & harvest fruits of the land. Heaven on Earth! This is for NOW! Let those with ears hear.
