🐦‍🔥 Let's start this week on FIRE!
This morning, I failed on my back squat lift- I had to bail out because I couldn't stand the weight back up... I "failed" ...and it reminded me of something important:
Sometimes strength means standing back up.
Sometimes it means getting knocked down and trying again.
5 years ago, this weight was easier for me. Today, it stopped me on rep 2. And that’s okay — because progress isn’t about being the strongest in the room, it’s about being the one who shows up, even when it’s hard.
Failure isn’t the opposite of success… it’s the pathway to it. Every rep, every stumble, every setback is proof that we’re pushing the limits of who we were yesterday.
So this week, don’t fear failure. Chase it. Learn from it. Rise through it.
Let today be the spark that sets the tone for your entire week.
