Life is a continuous learning experience. Life is also full of leadership opportunities. I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a leader, though I didn’t know what that meant at the time. I also have a love for the outdoors, where I spent much of my youth and learned many valuable skills that use in everyday life.
Ridge and Root Life Leadership is a community for members to share their leadership experiences in life. It’s also a place for members wanting to learn from others leadership experiences to live a more fulfilling life of leadership personally, professionally and generally.
The ridge represents the high points and challenges of leadership, while a root symbolizes the deep foundation and grounding needed to lead well.
