Here’s your reminder to reset before entering into the next week.
I’ve been taking more time to simply sit with whatever comes up 5-6 times a day.
I still do my morning and evening rituals but what I have been finding is that reminding myself to relax and to be more present actually helps me to have a calmer+ regulated nervous system and it makes manifestation easier😌
So instead of just doing one practice a day, try doing quick 2 to 3 minute reset practices for 4-5 times a day.
(You can use the 3 min meditation practice from the Regulation Vault in classroom tab)
