Following the first 6 days (The Awareness Phase) + Breathe like a Monk course simultaneously was a beautiful & an extremely revealing experience for me.
Won't lie, I thought I'll be able to follow the days in an order .. day 1 till day 21 continuously.. but I had to take 3 days off after Day 5th because the patterns I kept seeing in each meditation (not just related to money) deserved my immediate attention.
I spent required time doing some inner work and I'm happy to share that I've worked through a lot of that. It was important before I started building a healthy relationship with money.
Obviously, I was self-sabotaging. You'd think you have built all the self-trust that you need, until one day you realise.. wow! it requires your ACTIVE involvement.
Every day, every minute you have to make a conscious decision to NOT self-sabotage.
Lesson learned!
I've also started feeling that my posts will somehow end up becoming testimonials for this challenge, so I'm glad I don't hold back when I admire how much this community/challenge/ space is going to help millions of people! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Moving on to the Regulation Phase 🙌🏻
