I started my journey in this community with Day : 1 of Breathe like a Monk (Yesterday) and wanted to start Day 1 of RAR challenge today, so I could decide if this is for me coz I'm not a meditation girl.. at all (my brain loves mental gymnastics 😭)
I'm more of a journaling person, (been writing my heart out for years now) which is EXACTLY why I loved Day 1.
Coz I didn't even know I needed this!
I get to reflect and write + the easy-to-follow pace and calm audio is extremely soothing (I appreciate you for creating this so much!!)🌻
