Speaking and writing affirmations has been one of my practices on a daily basis for over 30 years. They started consciously when my daughter was born premi and she had 2 life threatening conditions. My life changed for the better becoming a Mumma. I learnt so much about how precious life is. More on that at alater date 🌺
