Real change begins with awareness.
Not judgement.Not beating yourself up.Just noticing.
Noticing when you shut down.Noticing when you people-please.Noticing when you pull away or push someone away.
So today I want you to try something simple.
Just observe yourself.
When something triggers you today, pause for a moment and ask:āWhat just happened inside me?ā
Drop below one moment you notice today.
