Morning everyone. 🙏
Here’s something important to understand about the healing journey… The goal isn’t to never get triggered again. The goal is to recognise what’s happening when you do. In the past, a trigger might have pulled you straight into reaction:Shutting down.People pleasing.Anger.Overthinking. But when you begin doing this work, something starts to change. You create a small space between the trigger and your response. And in that space, you get a choice. A choice to respond differently.A choice to stay present.A choice to not abandon yourself the way you might have done in the past. So today, pay attention to those moments. Not to judge yourself, just to notice. Because every time you become aware in that moment, you’re rewriting the script.
Morning everyone. 🙏
Here’s something important to understand about healing… You can’t change what you refuse to notice. Most people move through life on autopilot.Same reactions.Same triggers.Same patterns. Not because they want to stay stuck, but because they’ve never slowed down long enough to actually see what’s happening inside them. Real change begins with awareness. Not judgement. Not beating yourself up.Just noticing. Noticing when you shut down.Noticing when you people-please.Noticing when you pull away or push someone away. So today I want you to try something simple. Just observe yourself. When something triggers you today, pause for a moment and ask:“What just happened inside me?” Drop below one moment you notice today. Awareness is where rewriting the script begins.

Legacy is built slowly 🐌 not the 🐇
I've been picking on myself recently about how long I'm taking to build things up for my little idea, I'm now showing myself compassion, yes I'm taking a long time, but this deserves the time and shouldn't be played with lightly, I'm proud of the strides I have taken and im also proud of myself for taking the time to make sure its right, feel like a student again 😅 but its been good to have that refreshed for me as well, breath work has been amazing for me, when ever I am overwhelmed I put on a breath work tune and my emotions flow were they need to and by the end of the song im calm enough to look within and figure out where it came from, or I'm just sitting there letting the tears flow, letting it go has been so different but good, my shoulder aren't tense, I can relax, hang on let me reapet that, I CAN RELAX 😳 thats been the most shocking part of this, the more I allow myself to let things flow the more I'm able to relax, Ben Holt is the breath work artist I use incase anyone wants to check it out.

This is so true Amanda building something meaningful and right takes time, social media will tell you otherwise 😂. The goal in building something true to you is to not lose yourself in the process, and by the sounds of it you are doing amazing at keeping yourself grounded and centred while you work. Amazing! 🙏
Morning everyone 🙏
Let’s talk about something most people avoid… Responsibility. Not blame. Not shame.Responsibility. There’s a moment in healing where you realise your past wasn’t your fault… but your future is your responsibility. And that can feel uncomfortable. Because it means you can’t keep waiting for someone to save you.You can’t keep hoping things will change on their own. But here’s the powerful part…The moment you take responsibility, you take your power back. You stop being a victim of your story and start becoming the author of it. So today, ask yourself:Where in my life am I still waiting instead of leading? Drop one area below where you’re ready to step up and take ownership. This is where real change begins.
Morning everyone. 🙏
One of the biggest shifts in healing happens when you stop asking:“Why am I like this?” And start asking:“What is this part of me trying to protect?” Because every behaviour, every reaction, every trigger… started as protection. It wasn’t random. It wasn’t weakness. It was survival. The problem is, many of those protections are now running your life long after the danger has gone. They show up in your relationships, your confidence, your work, and the way you see yourself. So today, instead of judging yourself when something comes up, get curious. When you notice a reaction, pause and ask:“What is this protecting me from?” Drop below one thing you’ve noticed about yourself recently.Awareness is always the first step toward change.
