Day two!!
I didn't get a chance to try a new cafe or anything that exciting. I got in my exciting moments when I taught tonight.
Everyone was settled on their mats and I asked them to move to the wall for a different style class. I hadn't taught one in a long time either.
Getting out of a rut and into the moment felt amazing! (And now i know I get to treat myself tomorrow!!
