I’ve founds there are 5 things that need to be a part of my day to make me feel calm & centered at the end of the day. The one that keeps getting put on the bottom of the list is time to be creative. Even if it’s just 15-30 minutes. That’s my focus this weekend. To prepare space I can jump in & fulfill that need for at least 30 mins a day.
