Hey Restored and Rising community, I just wanted to reach for a bit of a Transparency moment: I set out to post this week but I missed posting the Monday message of hope, and today the Wednesday Healing Lesson. And although I deeply apologize for missing in action. I realized that before we can pour into others, we have to make sure we have a cup to pour from, and this week, my cup wasn't filled, and it showed. We have to make sure that we show up for ourselves; we cannot pour from an empty cup. Please make sure that whatever you need to do to fill your cup that you fill it give yourself full permission to do so. Much love

As we begin this new week, I want to remind you of something simple but powerful. You made it to today. That alone is proof that you are stronger than what tried to break you. You may not feel your best every day, and that is okay. Healing takes time. Strength grows quietly. Hope rises one small moment at a time.If this week feels heavy, breathe and give yourself grace. Your journey has taught you how to keep moving even when you are unsure, how to trust God even when your heart feels tired, and how to rise even when life has knocked you down.God has already gone ahead of you this week. He sees what you need, He knows what you feel, and He is covering you with peace that does not depend on circumstances. You are not walking into this week alone. So step into today with a little more gentleness toward yourself. You are loved, you are growing, and God is still working in your story. This week holds room for hope. Let it in.
