Good morning Restored and Rising peeps, I hope everyone is doing well today and feeling good. I wanted to ask if any of you here that are Cancer Survivors do you currently still deal with body aches way after treatment?? I found myself the past few days dealing with extreme pain and felt like I had just come out of a Chemo session. I have recently started following an anti inflammatory diet and found myself back tracking and putting inflammatory foods back into my diet. Not all at once but a little snack here a little snack there. Well yesterday I decided to start drinking my Tumeric tea that I had been drinking and to my surprise my aches slowly faded. I'm not sure if any of you have tried this but if you are struggling like I was maybe try it for yourself. Its the little things I hope you all have a blessed day. 😘😘😘😘

Hey Restored and Rising community, I just wanted to reach for a bit of a Transparency moment: I set out to post this week but I missed posting the Monday message of hope, and today the Wednesday Healing Lesson. And although I deeply apologize for missing in action. I realized that before we can pour into others, we have to make sure we have a cup to pour from, and this week, my cup wasn't filled, and it showed. We have to make sure that we show up for ourselves; we cannot pour from an empty cup. Please make sure that whatever you need to do to fill your cup that you fill it give yourself full permission to do so. Much love
