As you can tell, I'm building out content for our community. I'm a restaurant owner with my wife over 17. years. 35+ years in the industry and now I'm at a point to focus on building revenue and helping my restaurant folks drive revenue. How do you track your to do items?
Tuesday is the start of my work week. I usually try to make sure my list of to do's are complete and knock a few off every day… Speaking about tracking your stuff to do, what apps or systems do you use? There are so many out there and they're all fun to play with but what's the most effective?
