Letting Go
Real healing doesn’t usually start with doing more. It starts with letting go. Letting go of what your body can’t carry anymore. Slowing down when nonstop effort once felt righteous. Releasing habits, foods, rhythms even versions of yourself that no longer bring life. In Scripture, pruning is never punishment. It’s preparation. The Gardener doesn’t cut back what’s dead. He cuts back what’s alive not to harm it, but so it can grow stronger and bear more fruit. Sometimes that process looks like: • rest before strength • boundaries before balance • less inflammation before greater capacity • trust before clarity If this season of your health feels like loss, it doesn’t mean God has stepped away. It may mean He’s closer than ever cutting back, making room, so real healing can finally grow. Stay rooted. Fruit always comes in time.
