Not everybody can live by an ocean, but we can have our own portable ocean if we want to. I know that sounds really funny but basically that’s what an ocean drum

In the video I show you what an ocean drum is and I give you a demonstration of mindless playing and mindful playing so if you should decide you want one, you’ll have an idea what to do with it once you get it home

I love my ocean drum as a meditative practice because basically what’s happening is your channeling the ocean.
