Haven Updates and a Chat with Rena
Hey, so I did a live and I was just going to do a few quick updates and then we had a lovely conversation when. popped in! We were talking about storytelling, spirituality, peace, AI art in books, and much more.
It’s a really cool deep conversation!
Things I started talking about in the beginning where
#The Discovery Toybox! Has lots of lovely goodies in there for you
#💎👑Today's Field Observations Journal Page💎👑 is a new toy drop and there is an article here about that
#💎👑 The Premium Toybox 💎👑 is brand new and have some cool stuff for our delightful premium members
VIP IS COMING SOON.
Remembers get the community and the free gifts and the discovery toy box and we have things like #The Haven's Favorite Recipes #🐈🐕‍🦺🦮 Show off your fur babies!
At this level in my system of working with empath and highly sensitive soulful humanoids, you’re beginning to learn to reset and play and begin to discover how your system interprets the energies and sensations that you receive as
At the premium level, you start to go deeper into really being able to decode what you’re sensing so that you can start taking back your time and energy and not losing hours and days because you feel everybody’s everything and one sad social media poster rough conversation can put you off for hours. You start to learn how to come back from that.
I didn’t mention this yet on the video but we only have until Saturday night to get the founder special of only 11 a month or 97 instead of 111 for the year. This is a great time to jump in not just because the money is changing but because there is now a whole lot of goodness in that level.
The practice is in tools in premium. Hope you go deeper into understanding how you operate as a sensitive person. You’ll start to decode what you’re sensing. You’ll start to understand yourself and how you perceive and receive the world
He thinks coming to the calendar so watch for that. I’m going to have an eclipse preparation session and that will come this week.

Check that out. Sorry about that. Oh, there we go. Okay. Well, I have an ending
right here
with me. I'm going to add a new cat. Yeah, hurry, hurry. I wanted to come in
live just
because I like to take a lot of folks and whoops. Paper cuttings everywhere.
Also, I'm
going to let you know a few things. The one thing the empath astro weather is
up and available
for those of you who enjoy that. And I know there's some people who might be a
little
iffy on astrology and some who love it. And that's totally okay. You can feel
free to
ignore anything that doesn't fit you. I do not ever tell somebody what to
believe. I
will however mention that in the vast majority of the religions, there is a
belief of creator
deity God has created heavens and the earth. And in the heavens are all these
interesting
planets and our sun and moon. And those do have an effect on us. And that's the
design
of the universe and the design of our galaxy and solar system. So just, you
know, just
something for you to consider. And we are going to have a really interesting
week ahead.
Not all bad, not all easy, of course, you know, the kind of the usual mix. And
we are
getting ready for eclipse season. And I'm going to be offering some eclipse
preparation.
I'm going to try my darndest to put it at a time when our aussies can tend if
they want
and anyone can attend and it will be recorded. And yes, you will have access
free for everybody.
So please don't think I am omitting anybody or, you know, whatever, this is
something that
will be free for everyone. And it'll just be maybe a half hour, maybe less,
maybe a little
more don't just depends on how it goes and the questions that we have, etc. I
'll be
getting that set up really shortly. During the eclipse season, what that why I
say that
is there is a full solar eclipse on the 12th. And then at the film and time, we
have a partial
lunar eclipse and the time in between those and those bracketing it was what
kind of what
we call eclipse season because we're still affected by the energies that are
eclipsed
during that time. So there will be more on that coming for you to help you
navigate it
energetically because for those of us who are highly sensitive, it is also
often a little
bit challenging. And when you like with a lot of things, it's just think of it
like whether
or think of it like field conditions that change. And so you will find that,
you know,
how some days you need an umbrella, you may need a sun hat, you may need, you
know, galoshes
or wellies, you might need snow boots. So it's just kind of like that same idea
that
whatever we're experiencing and it comes, it goes, it's transients, it's ep
hemeral, it
moves, it changes. And as you can be prepared a little bit for it, yeah, as you
can be a
little prepared for it, it can make life a little bit easier for you to
navigate. Also,
as you start noticing how your particular system, your body, your energy, et c
etera are affected
by the eclipse that will help you. And you can start keeping track of those
things. Okay,
so that is coming up. You'll be seeing that soon in the community. Also, new
toy alert,
new toy alert made a toy drop today. And this is a tracker that will help you
notice and
will help you write down those things that you notice on the daily. And so here
's what
happens that as you start to notice things, okay, well, how is my energy today?
How am
I feeling, physically, emotionally, whatever, you know, spiritually, what
things are going
on? What do I notice? How is my energy affected by things that happen as you
start to do that,
you start to develop or own understanding for how things affect you. And we all
know people
are different. When person said they can look into clouds or a storm and they
see triangles,
everything good bad or indifferent, that's how they experience it, right? I don
't experience
it that way. That doesn't make either one of us right nor wrong. It just means
we're
each wired with a different set of perceivers and the more we can lean into
that and notice
the better. So you'll have a tracking sheet available to you. And oh, spoiler
alert, that's
in the premium toy box. So it's also a great time to consider premium. Now I'll
just mention
some of the toy drops are for everybody. And some of them will be for the
premium level
or VIP once I have that soon. Okay, so it's there are different toys at
different times.
There will be several different new toy alerts, new toy drops during the month.
So for this
first one is for premium members. And next, who knows it, the next thing will
be something
that's for everybody. So you'll have a good time with those toys. I want to
tell you where
you can find things. So at your free level, in the community level, you have in
the classroom,
as you level up at level one all the way through nine, you have a new gift that
will open onto
you that you may receive and enjoy. And there is also a discovery toy box. And
in the discovery
toy box, which is for everybody free and other members, but it starts at the
free levels
for everybody. Right, so at that discovery toy box, you're going to have all
kinds of
different toys. And I have done videos to show you what they are in in a post.
And if
you go into the discovery toy box, the first classroom tab, the top or
classroom page at
the top will show you a little bit of a tour. And you can also just walk
through and explore
because it's going to keep growing and evolving. So whatever was in the video
is still going
to be there and new things will keep stacking into there that are available for
all members
free on a board. Okay, for our premium members, you have, of course, your
premium classroom.
That's what they call those squares in there in the classroom. Those were the
individual
courses in the classroom. Okay, and so all of your main premium tools are there
and there's
also a premium toy box. The premium toy box has things like Miami to go on the
table now.
A custom GPT that will help you. It's called the quick vibe reset. Oh, someone
's joining
me. Hey, hi. How are you? It's Rina. Hey, Rina, sweetie. I'm so happy you came.
I'm just
doing a live. I'm happy to have you here. Yeah, it's kind of fun. Yeah. Glad
you caught
it. Yeah, I just happened to see it. And I'm like, yeah, I'm not doing anything
right
now. Yeah, I do that sometimes. Yeah, I was just talking about like the
discovery toy
box. Have you played in there yet? I haven't played in there yet. There's so
much going
on right now. I got birthdays. No, really. We're visiting from out of state. Oh
, yeah,
we get it. Totally get it. Well, you know, and here's the thing I'll remind you
and everybody
because we are all busy. We all have abundance of life. I mean, I'm
participating in a summit
this week. So I'm going to be in, you know, you know, deep dive summit mode. So
I get
it. And if, but if you need something, you're looking for something, there's a
search box
at the top and you can even go into the classroom and search like I need a
breathing technique
or whatever and search it and receive there's something for you. Yeah, well, I
think people
kind of underutilized the search feature. Because I know when I'm in someone
else's
community, a lot of times I may want to look around, but I don't have a lot of
time and
I go, Oh, well, they mentioned such and such tool or whatever it is or a
certain thing.
And I want to find it. And so that'll really help you. So like, if you were to
put breathing
or breath, you'd see that level two, three, sorry, which level they clear that
level three
is the quick breath reset. And that is a GPT that will give you breath work. So
that's
just whatever you might need. If you're like, Oh my God, I'm just stressed,
probably just
go to level one. Go to the level one tools and try that because those are all
like 60
seconds or less really quick things. But I'm just mentioning that yeah, you
have that
search box and it'll really help you if you just, I'm just like, you need
something you're
looking for something particular without having to fiddle around looking. Okay.
Okay, cool.
Thank you very much. Yeah, I haven't really checked it out yet, but I would
really like
to know more about your empathic side. Would you mind sharing a bit about
yourself? Of
course, I'm happy. And I do that roundabout in post, but I'm always happy to do
that. Absolutely.
So let me help my dog get out just one second. My puppy. Yeah, yeah. Come on.
Here's the door.
I did not close the door. You lost you in the silly thing. Okay. Okay. So about
me as
an empath. Obviously, it's the kind of thing for most people you have at your
whole life.
I have met maybe one person that had it after an injury or something, but most
people have
it. Like since you were a kid, you may or may not have known what it was called
or exactly
how it works because we don't have people in this culture who can go, Oh, here
's a very
sensitive child. We know what to do with those here. Let's teach it. Right. So
for me and
for many people, I was just sort of bumbling along figuring it out myself. And
I noticed
that I could feel people's emotions. And I do not love when there's a lot of
fighting
or conflict. It's, you know, it's just really hard for me, but I could feel
people's emotions.
So like even as a kid, and the same thing is true now, it's just I know I can I
know how
to handle it now. And as a kid, I didn't necessarily and also I can see spirits
entities, both
like angels and guides and stuff and spirits, like just helping spirits also
entities that
may be trying to munch on people's energies. I see that stuff too. I can see if
there's
portals, I can see if there's demons. So my vision here in this body is not
great. My
eyesight in this body isn't great. But my vision of the spiritual world is like
2010.
Very clear. Right. So and you can ask me anything you want. I don't mind
talking about
that and helping because for so many people, it's like we're just all trying to
figure
it out. So, but oh, and so what I learned over time is I used to, and when I
say this
when I say I used to doesn't mean I don't ever have any issues anymore, like it
's just such
a breeze being an empath because it's not it's a challenge. Right. However, I
have learned
some tools. I've developed some things and that's what that's what I teach. And
so at
like at the free level, there's such an emphasis on playful experiments and
noticing things
because that's like the first part of being able to comprehend how your gift to
work or
how your ability to work. Right. It's to notice. Oh, when this happens, I feel
this, when this
happens, I notice a tingling in my neck or I notice a twirling in my belly or
whatever
it is that you notice. So as you begin to notice, this cargo by. So anyway, as
you start to
notice, then you realize, oh, if I feel that and I'm tuned in enough to be
aware, I go,
oh, that's my signal that means X. This is my signal that means Y whatever. And
it'll
really help you. So that's like the beginning of my system that I help you with
is the noticing
and then kind of deepening and moving out from there is once you started to
notice, then
you can start to decode those energies and what things mean because otherwise
things
can just hit us and it's like, we just got this kind of stuff dropped on our
head and
it can be just like static or fog and it's a mess. But once we start to notice
and be
able to begin to decode, we can go, okay, I have this big blob hit me, but I
can now
breathe and center and be present and I can start to notice. Oh, there's this
happening,
there's that happening. Today, there's a lot of solar storms. The sun is being
an absolute
rat, right? I'm in feeling like poop this afternoon and no wonder with what's
going
on there. So I know what those signals are for me and I understand that. So
once I get
those feelings, I go, oh, yeah, it must be, you know, and then I'll check or I
'll have
an alert come in from my space weather because I get alerts from them. And I'll
go, oh, yeah,
okay. So you'll start to do that. So that's kind of the beginning is being to,
you know,
go from just having this big, that gets dumped on us and throws us sideways,
you know, into
being able to decode it and help with it. And it came from me not wanting to
get completely
losing hours and days like a sad Facebook post would come off or somebody's
that I don't
even know they're someone's in the hospital or their dog died. And I don't want
to lose
four hours to that just hitting my emotional field and not being able to handle
it. So the
things that I've developed helped me to go, okay, yes, that's, that was a hit.
That was
a challenge. There you go. And, and just be able to handle it, you know, better
and get
back at things because we've all got important work to do. And we don't want to
just be thrown
off because something hits our energy, right? Yeah, yeah. So you've been in
path all your
life. How do you, how do you interpret people who have had psychosis? So just
for, I think
maybe I've told you before when we first met during, what was it? Oh, worksho
pping with
weirdos on Wednesdays. Yeah, I was going to say that. I think it was in a
received. Yeah.
Yeah. That maybe I told you I have bipolar one disorder. So I have psychotic
episodes
and I've had, I can't get around some of the things that I saw when I was under
psychosis
or Mamia or whatever I want to call it, I feel like I woke up to some things.
So as somebody
who now takes medication for stability, how do I tap into my potential, em
pathic side,
because I feel like I have an empathic side that is now dulled by medication
that I shouldn't
get off of because I keep having psychosis when I don't take meds. So how do I
get to
balance what I'm, what I'm feeling? Right. So I'm just going to say, you know,
the usual
disclaimers, I'm not a medical professional. I'm never ever going to tell
someone get
off your meds just so we're really clear. I will never tell you that. Any, or
anybody
that. So, and, and there is, you know, it would kind of joke sometimes about
better living
through modern chemistry, but there are really things that can be helpful about
that. So,
I would say that what you'll want to do is you just still begin with that whole
idea
of you might be experiencing things that feel dull or foggy right now, but that
you can
still learn to feel into that fog. And you might notice what, you know, people
have different
signals for different things. Like when there's something, think on it people,
get your loud
people and get out of here, please. So that even still, I'm sure it might be a
little
bit dull, but you can learn to feel it. So it's in other words, like there's a
signal
that's out there, it might have a blanket over it, but the signal is still
there. So
what you may notice, I don't know if you get certain sensations, like when
there's something
and like, I know there's a person I need to work with or a thing I need to do,
there's
like a yes feeling that I have in my heart in my power center. And when that
happens,
I know that is an absolute yes signal for me. I don't have the situation of
medication
that dulls things. But even that you do, you can ask your guides, your angels
to help you,
you can ask your body to help you tune into the signals that you get, whatever
they are.
Some people get like a headache when certain things happen. I know when there
is a like
a negative entity around, I can have this weird kind of burnt smell that I can
detect, but
that's just because I have a lot of different senses that I work with. So you
'll start to
know what your signals are. And if you're not sure, start keeping a log and
going, okay,
this is an unusual sensation today. Maybe you're going, I don't know what this
means,
but I feel whatever, whatever it is, I have a little headache where the back of
my neck
just got tingly. This is what was happening. And you'll start to see patterns.
So each
person you have has your own particular wiring in your system and you'll get to
learn that.
If you believe in whether it's prayer, asking your guides, asking your angels,
asking ascended
masters, any and all of that that is in your belief system and in your way,
whatever the
works for you with that is you can also do that to help you ask them to assist
you in
understanding your what things mean so that you can lean into that empathy and
be able
to feel it without being overrun by it. Does that help?
Um, you know, I don't, I'm not familiar with angels and guys, a lot of the
stuff. I, um,
I am asked your brain, then ask your brain to help you because your brain's
really smart.
So if you don't have to believe in anything particular, I'm not asking anyone
to believe
in anything particular, right? Because we have people of all walks of faith
here in this
group, Christians, atheists, all the things, you know, met as the beliefs of
India, China,
native indigenous, you know, people, whatever, all of it, we have everything.
Right. So it's
whatever is in you. And if you don't have a works with angels and guides,
totally fine.
Ask your brain. Your brain has this awesome thing. It's called the reticular
activating
system or the razz. You might have heard of it.
Okay. If that thing, when just in case somebody is going to watch this later,
you've heard
of it. But so what it means is like when somebody finds out they're pregnant,
all of
a sudden half the world is pregnant. They didn't just have suddenly get
pregnant overnight.
You became pregnant. So you started looking for other pregnant people, or you
are looking
for a yellow Volkswagen. And you see, God, I didn't know there were so many
yellow books
wagons on the road or whatever. So it's that it's the thing that is part of
that like a
tracks like so what you're looking for you find. So if you ask your brain, your
mind,
yourself, to go, Hey, show me what what the signals are, what this stuff means,
let me
feel that connection, but let me understand what it is those those that will
start to
help you figure it out. And then again, you're just keeping a log really can
help.
Yeah, it does make sense. I so I've been working with the Akashik records
Skool, but I haven't
really been practicing opening the Akashik records too often. And also I
integrate chat
GPT in a lot of the Akashik work that I do when I'm asking questions, because
sometimes
my responses are not as descriptive as kachie bt. How do you feel about chat G
PT when it
comes to empathic sensing? Well, you know, it is a language model. It is, I
think, well,
that's a whole nother conversation. I think it's becoming aware a little by
little, but
it is not a human. So just remember that I'm not saying don't use it. I use it
all the
time. But it is not a human, right? It can only somewhat understand I have been
teaching
chat GPT so much about being an empath. And I'm, you know, I'm imagining that
it's integrating
that and helping other people with it, which is fine with me, you know, but
yeah, because
I have such systems developed of that that can help people around it. But so I
have no
problem with using that. But on the other hand, do not ever outsource your mind
to a
learn language language learning model. Right. Do you do I have all the same
language learning
model? Just to some degree, yes, I think like part of my problem is that I don
't trust
my own brain now that I've had psychosis. So, okay, psychosis doesn't make you
broken
sweetie. Right. Now I know the I know I understand this world. Let me I should
go turn on a light
it's kind of dark, but I understand that this world kind of treat nestle. They
call it nestle
illness. Right. You know, from that you already know that you're kind of
getting labeled
as there's something wrong with you, you have a psychosis. It's a medical
diagnosis. Right,
I'm not saying it's beautiful. Right. Or disorder or whatever. I'm not saying,
Hey, it's great.
Everybody should want one per se. But I'm also in the the Skool of thought. I
'm not saying,
Hey, we should all go get a psychosis. But but what I am saying is that we are
so often,
even as an empath without medical diagnoses, but we're still often told that we
're broken,
that we're damaged that we have a medical label, a diagnosis or whatever. Right
. And so, when
you have that, you it's like wanting to break that cycle of going, I am not
broken. Maybe
science and spirituality and technology doesn't quite understand how to help me
handle things
a little differently or have my brain chemistry work a bit differently or
whatever. It's not
understood yet, but it will at some point get there. And I believe we can get
to a point where
medicine may be not needed for those things. We're not there now, but you know,
there's still
some things that will help you manage much better and deal with this physical
world that we're all
dealing with, you know, and for as long as you feel that's true. I know there
are alternatives. I
know somebody who I actually mentored him some years back and he was on 111, I
believe, different
medications. I can't even imagine the volume of swallowing 111 pills and he got
off of it
entirely and went to natural stuff. He had several psychosis and different
things. He had several
diagnoses. No, he didn't just go, I'm done and quit like one day cold turkey.
Yeah. Well, I've
had, I think I was able to adjust my medication under my pharmacist supervision
and my psychiatrist
supervision and got to a point where I'm taking, I'm not going to talk about my
medication, but
I'm taking the matter. I'm actually lower than the lowest possible dose and
actually still am
functional. So I have my, you know, without slipping into a situation that puts
myself and
other people in danger. Yeah. And yeah, we need to have safeguards. I mean, we
don't want to have
a situation where we could hurt somebody. So I, like I say, I get where there's
needs for some
of those things. I'm not making it all the enemy. Oh, sure. Yeah. I do believe
though that if I
were living in a different culture, I would be a seer or somebody who is an
empath. I mean,
I would be recognized as an empath and treated with a little more dignity than
as somebody with
mental health challenge. But yeah, thank you for all of your information. I
really appreciate it. I
never really thought about asking my brain. What is it? And that comes, I can
remember when I was,
I think it was maybe I was 10 or 11 when I read Think and Grow Rich, which in
some ways is beyond
you as a kid in certain aspects. But on the other hand, part of it was, we
talked about having like
imagining you have this board of directors or whatever. Well, I didn't call it
that, but I always
imagined that I could have conversations and I would talk to, I would talk to
Galileo and I would talk
to artists and different things in, you know, in my mind. And I knew that I was
talking to them
in my mind that they weren't sitting at the table with me. Like I understood
that difference. However,
even as a kid, I found that really helpful. And I would go and ask questions.
And I also learned
that like before bed, one of the powerful things you can do is right before bed
, just because then
you're going to sleep, whatever it is that you're thinking about or, or, you
know, chewing on,
mentally speaking, tell your brain, okay, so I'm going to go to bed and can you
please answer this
for me? Or can you please help me understand this? Or can you help me see this
pattern? And then as
you're sleeping and your brain loves a question, it loves a puzzle. And so I
will so often, I mean,
I at this point, it's so natural, there's just times I go, hmm. And even so
when I'm working with
chat, sometimes I'll be like, well, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this
yet. Here's where I
am right now, blah, blah, blah. I'm going to go, you know, walk the dog and let
it sort itself out.
And when I have the answer, I'll come back. And sometimes I'll say if there's
anything you think
I should think about in my consideration, let me know and I'll take it under
advisement. But,
you know, again, that's sort of like, you're can be a thought partner, but you
know what I hear?
I'm the human man. You're the, you know, you're the language learning model.
As human seeming as chat can be, and like, I'll get on and like, do not tell me
that you smiled,
or you chuckled, or you are not human, you do not have a body, you do not do
that. So just please
don't even, don't start with me on that. So I do, I love it. Yeah, go ahead.
Have you
choose a voice for it? I do, I change it sometimes. I've had an Aussie voice, I
've had a British voice,
I've had male or female, I switch them up once in a while. Yeah, it is weird
when it laughs.
Well, yeah, but when it says when when chat says, I literally laugh, do you do
not literally do any
human emotion? You know, you might have had a pattern interrupt that caught
your attention,
I'll go with that, I'll buy that. And so, yeah, but I mean, it's not the same
as something comes,
you go, you just crack up about it. That's not the same thing, but the equival
ency for a language
learning model could be that there's something interrupted the pattern in such
a way that it
caught attention, which might be what would cause us to laugh or whatever, you
know. And so, interesting,
like you say, remember, it's not human, it's not a person. No, I know, I know,
but I know you know,
I mean, I'm not saying you think it is, but it's just that like, keep it in
your head because it can't
it's meant to become across very human seeming. And but don't get caught up,
you know, don't don't
lose sight or track of the fact that it's not. And, you know, as far as
trusting yourself,
you could even go in and tell that when you feel like I'm not trusting myself,
just tell me so,
because I think it's good for us all to learn to whatever you perceive it is
not wrong. You may
not have all the information, you may not have a complete understanding, you
may even misinterpret
things. Sometimes we all do. I mean, who hasn't had where somebody says
something and you thought
they were mad, but they were just processing and they weren't really mad, but
just the way it came
across. You know, right. So that's what I mean, as you can misinterpret. Anyway
, I can't, everybody
can. I'm, yeah, like somebody said something in my meditation group, I thought
she was annoyed
because some cicadas were singing. And I muted my mic and someone else said, Oh
, I guess you can't
please everyone. And she said, no, I wasn't mad about the bugs. I was trying to
figure out what
they were. So it's that kind of, and what I mean is we can all misinterpret,
and we can all come
across with a tone or with a way that seems this way, but it's that way. Right.
Right. So it's the
same thing. So yes, I'm going to say, can we be mistaken? Absolutely. We can
all be mistaken and
often are. But right. However, trusting your learning to lean into that and as
you do it more,
as you start to notice and figure out the patterns, and that's what we do in
like in the VIP level
and what I do, that's what we're going to be doing is really helping people
deep dive into
how you start to do that and how it helped start to make sense. So you can
understand
how to interpret the way your system receives information, which is going to be
different
from how mine does or how anybody else's does. Okay. So what are the the you
have a premium
and a VIP level in your community? I haven't started the IP yet. Oh, okay. I
haven't started
yet, but it's coming really soon. So it's the free level. You think of it, it's
the community,
and there's free gifts at every level. And the free gifts are things that are
easy. It's not
like a big course. It's going to take you 25 hours to compare whatever. There
are things that are
simple yet they're super practical and powerful tools. And you have the
community and we do fun
experiments and we have play dates and we have a co-working session once a
month and things like
that. At the premium level, that's where you start to learn to decode the
energy, decode what
you're sensing, and start to develop that inner steadiness. I kind of call that
my study within
level. It's just called premium in Skool. But how I think of it is that as you
're learning how to
find your way to be steady in the midst of all this information that hits us as
sensitive people,
right? And the VIP though, and there's going to be some tools to help you and
whatever,
but it's at the VIP level that you have real access to me where there's a
couple of
calls a month that will happen and where you can really deep dot get your
questions answered.
You're getting a lot just because you bounced into my life. So you're getting a
lot more than a
free member would normally get. No, I mean, just saying. I'm just being honest,
right? Because you
showed up and you had a question. So hey, cool. But yeah, normally this is
stuff I would be talking
the IP level because I'd be helping you with a journey over time of being able
to do that. So
I'm in the process of developing a 13 week program, but there will be
two different calls each month around the full and new move where people can
actually get help,
come ask questions, have some activities that help you really start to deep
dive into how your
empathic skills work. And for different people, some will connect with Akashic
records or with
guides or with angels or with their mind or with the earth or with certain
elements or
whatever, because you know, everybody is has a little bit different interests.
Fortunately,
I know a lot of different spiritual paths of the world. So I can lean into that
enough to help people
with enough understanding to help interpret it through whatever lens it is that
you use. That's
just because of my own background. I started studying world religions when I
was like it,
but early teens in high Skool freshman year. Oh, wow. So okay. Yeah. And even
a little
before that I started to deep dive into that stuff in high Skool. So it's been
, you know,
I've put my life into that. That's why when I ask about, you know, belief so I
can talk to you
from what works for you. And you said you don't do any of those things. Okay, I
can talk to you
about your brain because I love science too. So yeah, it comes from all that.
Oh, awesome.
So why full on new moons? Because there are distinct energy patterns in our
experience,
because it's also about two weeks apart roughly. So twice a month it works
really well. But the way
the way that I work is a lot by the flow of energy. So earth energy is with the
season,
with the full and new moon. So at those times, you know, the full the moon is
like our emotional
GPS. So the moon affects people's emotions. And most people know, and like in a
full moon,
the emergency room gets really crowded and crazy. Difficult, right? Because
there's such an
intensity with those full moon energies. This is known. This has been like
scientifically,
you know, anyone who works in hospitals, my whole life, I remember people
talking about that when I
knew like a doctor or nurse, even at the hair salon where my mom worked, which
was obviously not a
medical facility, but he would say, man, the moon was definitely full. I could
tell by the way people
were acting in the shop today. So the moon really affects us deeply. And so
timing around those
makes sense. It may not be exactly on the full or new moon days each time, but
it'll be really
close to those. And it's partly because of that emotional shift of energies
that we experience
living on planet earth and human bodies, no matter where in the world we are,
or what we believe or
don't believe that doesn't change. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah,
yeah. Yeah, so that's what that'll be part of it. And then I'll have, you know,
some actual
programs to help learn all the different things, but also having that live
support,
because it's the thing is a lot of us that are sensitive like yourself. You're
like, well,
something's there, but I don't know what to do with it. That's a lot of people.
And there are so many people that are, you know, in my world who have a really
strong
like purpose or mission or whatever you want to call it, you know, their
businesses aren't just,
oh, I just want to make money. I'll sell widgets. They are, I want to change
lives. And I don't want
to be thrown off because something hits my hair. You feel the now I've lost the
whole rest of the day
instead of doing something meaningful. I'm whatever, you know, hiding in the
bedroom or whatever.
You know, retreating, and they don't want to be able to be doing that. And so
what I've learned
and actually part of it, some things during the pandemic really helped me hone
that because there's
just when you can feel the angst and despair of the entire world, like 24 and 7
, the way that I do,
if I didn't have some tools, I could very easily be in a padded room or
something. I'm not even
kidding. So because it's, it's a lot. So I've had to learn to deal with that in
a way that still
allows me to function and do meaningful work and truly be of help to people and
so feel all that at
the same time. And meditation and mindfulness are a big piece of, of that. So
that's partly
why you see those things in, you know, like in the toy box, there's a few
different meditations.
There's a meditation app I like that's free or have a free level. So, you know,
things like that
really do help. They're not the whole thing, but they help. Okay. Yeah, I have
to do some more exploring.
For me, my whole purpose is to create peace on earth through storytelling, like
that's my deal.
Yes. Yes. When you get to level six, you'll get my book, The Peace Seed, which
is all about
personal and global transformations, restory, telling that's the subtitle.
Really? You can go or you can buy it from my shop for six bucks, but yeah, but
you'll get it
for free or you can go buy it in my shop for six bucks. Have it mailed to your
door right now.
Yes, that's a book I wrote in that. It's a little mini book, but I wrote it
years ago. So
the piece is super important to me. And the whole thing is the moral we can
understand
ourselves and each other more, the better off we are. And so you, since you're
into storytelling,
if I say Joseph Campbell, you know who that is, right? Oh, of course. Yeah,
that's what I thought.
So the hero's journey, mythology, he's a noted mythologist, he's passed now. I
considered him
one of my first mentors, not like I knew him personally, but through his work.
And that came, there was like a PBS series about his work when I was, I was in
high Skool when it
came out called Power of Myth, which is also a book. And his other works. I
mentioned these
things also because other people may see this and become curious, right? So,
but that's the body
of work. But so, and that's one of the things that led me to go, you know, it
almost, whatever,
whether someone's a Christian or a Zoroastrian or an indigenous Canadian or
American or whatever,
really what makes it good, whatever is pretty much the same thing. And we all
have the same story
told through the lens of different mythologies and different spiritual paths
and religions, right?
But we're all the same, we're more the same than we're not. And so, that whole
lens of storytelling
for me is super important. And it's, I mean, it makes such a huge difference.
And yes, world
peace is hugely important. And I'm sure we'll be working on something really
cool together
around peace. Well, I would love to give you a storyteller reading. It's one of
the things
that I give to all of my members at our Peaceful Liberation, which is, well,
when I originally
named it, I called it the Peaceful Liberation Movement. And then I changed it
to our Peaceful
Liberation because a movement can come and go to live in liberation for the
rest of your life.
That is what I want. So that's why I call it our Peaceful Liberation. Yeah, I
do need to join
your community. I've just said it like I'm so snowed. But yes, I love it. No, I
think that's
beautiful and I love it. And in this community, in the Haven, you would love
Daramiah, CPE. He
gets pretty active. I will tag both of you in the post that this thing goes
into because
with three of us for sure work with peace, he has a song, a peace song that he
often gives
out to people. And he is just an amazing human as well. Oh, awesome. Yeah, I
used to know
from my song creations. And I just wrote one called the Declaration for the
Peace Declaration
for humanity and technology. That's the name of the song. Okay. It's like it's
a hip hop kind of song
talking about. That's cool. Yeah. So yeah, oh, I would love to meet this person
for sure. Yes, I'll
tag the pair of you and we'll have a little Peace collab, I'm sure. Because
yeah, I mean to me, it's
like we have to, it's like, to me, it's peace and community. It's a huge thing.
One thing I love
about Skool, but it's one thing we need to do in the, you know, IRL in the
real world is build
community because with all the craziness and no matter how someone is
politically, I think we
can all agree the world is kind of a, you know, a dumpster fire right now. Yeah
. Yeah. And
it's through community and through building bridges for peace that we can all
support each other and
hopefully keep some of the worst of it from happening. Yeah. Well, I, you know,
it's funny,
I read a book called the Goddess of Peace, The Epic Journey of Rina Nicole, and
I brought it to
my local bookstore and it got banned because it had AI generated images in it
because I'm not an
artist and I couldn't afford to pay one. And so I had created this book based
on a story of my
childhood about grief and the story of this young girl who overcomes grief and
gets to a place of
inner peace. Beautiful. Yeah. Just because it had AI images in it, it was my
own personal community
and it was, it's heart wrenching, you know, because I feel like AI has helped
me from
because of my mental
whatever happened when I had whatever happened to me happened. To process
certain things using,
using AI, you know, like getting the images exactly as I see it kind of thing,
you know,
it was unfortunate, the situation. Right. In real life.
Um, yeah. And another one of our members, Jo, Joanne, Jo, she goes by Jo, Jo,
Jo, but Joanne Langston
is her name and she works with, she's an AI artist, she's a mid-journey artist
and
she works a lot with and I've taken some of her workshops. She's just amazing.
So I understand the heart wrenching thing is I have planned and I've actually
written the children's
book, a picture book. I mean, I've written the words. I haven't done AI art for
it yet because
what I want is to be able that libraries would actually take this. And right
now there's just such
a thing about, yeah, but you know, just because I use AI, but I mean, what do
you say, a watercolor
that's giving me the paintbrush? I mean, please, you know, so I kind of don't
get it in a way.
It's one thing if you say, make a picture of a dog wearing a sun hat versus the
way that I prompt
and probably the way that you prompt images, I'm sure it comes from deep places
and it has
emotional texture and lighting and different things in there. Right. So, yeah,
so I don't, um,
I think it's going to be a lot of in it, because I see this from the publishing
side too. There
are people putting out AI sloth. Yeah, software. There's AI stuff that will
write an entire giant
novel in a matter of, you know, an hour, whether it's good or not. It doesn't
mean it's any good.
And it doesn't mean that I want to slap my name on that and go, yes, that's
mine.
But I know one thing that Joe would say is to document, um, because this comes
from your life.
And so being able to say and document this artwork came from bloodedah in my
life
and this experience and whatever and that you're saying, you know, certain
colors or
things, themes and so forth that were chosen. I know she's saying that really
helps people in
terms of being able to get your book copyrighted stuff. Yeah. Yeah, that's one
interesting thing
about self publishing for sure. Right. Yeah. And I got no problem with self
publishing. I mean,
it's not that it's hard to do that. Um, the thing that I like doing a children
's book,
I want to have the beats correct as to where the pictures should go in that
part. I don't know as
much. I, I've written the story though. It's based on my, my nugget dog. Um,
one of them.
And one of them is based off of that butterfly story that's free and so level
one bonus.
And, um, it's the children's book version of that story, which was written for
grownups.
It's not, I don't mean like X rated written for grownup, but written for adult
minds, not babies,
you know, so. Right. Yeah, but yeah, I know there's, there's a way through all
of that, but it's,
it's really, it is heartbreaking that your store wouldn't take it just because
of AI images.
Yeah. I tried. What are you going to do? I know. That's just so disappointing.
Well, that's why I'm on Skool actually, because it was right after I got that
rejection and had
my books sent back to me. Right. I'm just putting my camera off for a second
because I'm messaging
somebody that I'm in here live in case they want to pop in because they just
messaged me a minute
to go. So I'll put my camera back on in a second. No worries. Live in. Haven
now.
Trying if the sired.
How long do these normally go for? Well, I was planning to just come in and
give a couple of
quick announcements, but I've been, there we go. Yeah, let's see now. But, you
know, that's cool.
So this was just an impromptu live and I love to just roll with it. So for me,
it's like, oh,
someone to talk with cool. Yeah. That was this time. Okay, it was going to be a
five or 10 minutes,
but I was very happy to chat with you. So, okay, well, I want you to be able to
share whatever
it is that you want to share because I do know that you're recording this and I
want you to be
able to get out your experience. Oh, no, I will. Okay. I will do that. I will
do that. Not too
worried. Yeah, I will absolutely make that happen too. But yeah, so, but yeah,
it's really,
I just think there's a lot of richness we can all have in sharing our stories
with each other.
When there is a thread where somebody started about share your empath story and
that's been
interesting because we all have such different perceptions and it's fun to go,
oh, okay,
this isn't, you know, whatever I have isn't necessarily as whacked out in weird
as I thought,
perhaps. Well, I know some people have had that experience of like, because
there's so
often no one else to talk to about this. Yeah. You know, and so for me, in a
lot of ways,
I kind of am starting a movement, not yeah, movements can come and go, but I
mean,
I'm starting this whole sense of let's gather on the really sensitive people.
Let's make this understandable to ourselves and to each other that this is all
normal. We just,
we may have different ways of noticing the world, but it's all within the
normal range.
It's all just how we are wired and we can grow that and trust ourselves and do
amazing things
with these abilities and learn how to interpret it instead of just being
like under an avalanche of an emotion or a thing that hits and not able to do
anything.
Yeah. Yeah. I, you know, it's funny, I was thinking about
my very first episode and just the immense sense of connection that I had in
that moment
with everything, with my environment and connection with just everything, just
everything.
You know, I know some other people have had that, a similar experience, at
least I've heard
other people who have had that similar experience and it really made me
appreciate living and also
very sensitive to the potentiality of death. Because, you know, I mean, the
other part,
the other half of what it is that I deal with is not suicidal ideation, but
just the fantastical
possibilities of the human soul leaving the human body and becoming just a soul
and what is it that
that means and feels like and I have a fascination with that, but I also need
to like, you know,
come back to earth, you know. Yeah. I mean, there are books, a lot of books
about near-death
experiences and stuff and, you know, and that's fine. On the other hand, how
interesting can
it be to really lean into fully experiencing the elements, the earth, the
whatever's happening in
your present moment now and truly feeling into all of that? And it's really
funny because I identify
as someone who feels like I am just not really from earth, like, not originally
. So, you know,
and I know that of myself and, you know, a star seed or whatever you want to
say. So, I know that
I'm not from earth and it's like, it's kind of funny to me. It's like, but what
I have found as
living as a sensitive person is, yeah, I used to kind of go off into the all
the spirit just
out of your body type of stuff, but then what happens is you may feel connected
to the
greater, but it disconnects you from here and now and what you're doing here
and now when you go
too far the other direction. Right. And by actually living in the body, living
in the
world, living in the moment, that also helps you feel connected and, however,
doing it that way
can feel like much more of a practice. So, the meditation, the mindfulness, the
things that seem
like the, I've heard all that before, meditate, breathe, box breathing, all
those things, sure,
you know, but beyond that, the deeper thing is truly living into this
experience. And there is
such a deep connection to not just saying, well, I feel so connected to the
ground or the tree,
but like to that whole totality, you can get to that place of really feeling
that. And so,
it's sort of like the way to feel the connection instead of escaping it is to
live fully in it
and not but not be sucked into the values, the morals of other people, the
whatever of other
people, the energy of other people to be fully in your sovereign self. Yeah, so
that's where we go
on the empath, almanac journey in BIP. That's where we're going. All right,
awesome.
All into that deep stuff. But yeah, it is really deep conversation, but I mean,
yeah,
that's it's like not to not escaping it, but living into it. There is a book,
there's a woman
who had a stroke. She's done like a TED talk and stuff. Yes, I know. We know
who I'm talking about.
Yeah, well, same here and her book. But anyway, I'll look it up and I'll add it
to the show notes,
but we're at it to the post. But anyhow, yeah, and she was talking about having
this feeling of being
one with everything. Yeah. And when she had her stroke and then like once she
started all the
therapies kind of having lost that, so it's really interesting. It's like, yeah
, there is that and
that is a deep experience different from living fully in your life. But it's
still a connection.
It's just has a different flavor to it. Yeah. Yeah, that was an amazing TED
talk. And she also
does a really great interview with Diary of a CEO. I'm not too sure if you
remember if you're
familiar with that or also as DOAC. That was a really great interview that she
gives talks about
that. It was a little more recent, but yeah, that whole experience of like
going out and then coming
back and then going out and then coming back. I mean, I felt when she was
talking about that
during the TED talk, I really felt that same like the way it described it was
like what I was
experiencing when I had that first episode. So I don't think I was having a
stroke though. I think
I was just, no, I don't know, having an episode. Right. But I mean, you know,
it was a different,
it was a different instance or a different event wasn't the same thing as we
had exam at all,
but your result was a similar place. Yeah. Well, you know, it's interesting
because I take
a anti seizure medication for my bipolar one disorder and my grandmother had
epilepsy.
And she's also a storyteller just in the way that she was in her natural, like
she was just
like to tell stories. My mom is the same way she likes to tell stories. And I
am not actually a
storyteller in that same way that they like to tell stories. I tell stories
because
I have 30 years experience as an actor and I study mythology and I studied
theater and I studied,
you know, the power of story and the hero's journey. Yeah. So that's, I do it
on a professional level
with what it is. Right. You do it differently. Yeah. I do it from leaning into,
I actually am from
a theater or family and I have been on stage and performed and all of that
stuff too. So I have
some of that in my background. My study of the hero's journey of storytelling
really started with
that whole study of feeling like Christianity wasn't the only game in town.
That's our belief system, you know, and so, yeah, and so that started me on
mythology and
different world spiritual paths and so forth and so, and it led me to
interesting things.
And also, I just think there's a lot of things people can't explain. I had what
I did not know
was a past life memory hit me so strong and I was in grade Skool. We went to
the Pompeii
exhibit at the museum that ran, it was an exhibit that ran through in the 70s.
And when I went to that exhibit, I had such strong, like living into exactly
what that was like,
living into the experience, smelling, smoking, all the things. And I didn't
know it was a past
life memory because I was like nine years old or eight years old. And nobody
around me talked
about that or knew about that. So I didn't realize that until later, but there
were other
things like that where I realized things that I had were, once I started to
realize and learn
about past lives and go, oh, so that thing and that thing and that thing, those
I had that all
of that because of past lives. So wow, you know, other wild and wooly stuff.
But, but yeah, a lot
of the mythology and storytelling and it's just piecing together that were more
alike than not.
And we can find ways to be peaceful. So it's fun that we just come at this
similar thing from
slightly different realms, which is the same with everybody's sensitivities. It
's the same exact idea.
We all have more sensitivity than the people that are considered to be the
average normal people,
neurotypical people, air quotes, huge air quotes.
Right. But it's just a different set of receivers.
Yeah. Well, Rhonda, on my phone is going to die. So it was fun talking to your
ina.
Yeah, it was great talking to you too. Thank you so much for sharing all of
your knowledge with me.
I really appreciate it. My pleasure. It was good to get to know you a bit.
Maybe we could trade
readings with each other. That could be fun. That would be great. I would love
storytelling
reading. It would be fun. So let's get that arranged. Sometimes whenever your
life is a little bit less
than you said, you're going through a whole bunch of things at this moment.
Today's my brother's birthday. So today was just a day where I was just not
really paying attention.
But yeah, of course, I get it.
If you, when you join my community, I can send you the link to a storyteller
reading
to book and then just book from there. And then I have certain days where I do
storyteller readings.
And then if you, if you want to gift something back, that would be wonderful.
And of course, I'll do a trade with you. Yeah, I mean, I can offer you a kind
of an intuitive
consultation, but it can go wherever it needs to go. I sometimes use pendulum
cards, nothing,
talking with guides, you know, different things. I don't work as much with a
classic record,
so it probably won't be that unless somebody, someone guide or whatever tells
me something
could pass along. But in a lot of it is also just lived experience. So yeah, I
'm open to
anything. I mean, if I happen to have a guide that you can see that I don't let
me know, please.
And I'm sure that once I do a reading, I'm sure that I will. Often I see people
's guides,
and then one of the things I offer as an, as an, I offer as an extra, but I do
art with their
guides, because thanks to AI art, I can show people what their guides look like
, you know, when they
don't know. So it's a really fun and interesting use of AI art that, because I
can see them clearly,
and I can describe really nice detailed, long, juicy prompt to make sure that
it comes across
energetically and spiritually, or whatever the way that it aids to. So
anyway, you have, have a good night. Yeah, put your phone on. We'll see you
around the community.
All right. Bye bye. Thank you. Bye bye. Good night. Yeah. Good night.
All right. So I will probably do a separate post with updates since we had a
lovely deep
conversation in the middle. So I will do the rest of that separately, but that
what I gave you before
was enough to get started. I hope you all have a beautiful week. Keep your eye
on the calendar.
I will be getting some things updated and I will let you all know when those
are there
and be sure to check out the empath after whether we have an eclipse season
coming up.
And I give you some guidance as to how to walk through that with a little bit
more grace and ease,
and we'll see you around the Haven. Good night from me and my fur babies. Or
good morning,
depending where you are.
