Around here we don't only talk about the things that are going great. We share when it's difficult. Because being highly sensitive is tough. We don't get a break from it. We can go on vacation but we never get a vacation from everybody else's everything that we feel.

There been a lot of heavy energies from the shitstorm that the world is right now and the suffering of people.
The human residence is in the red zone this week which means a lot of people will be releasing old stuff, old patterns etc and feeling emotional.

The whole point is that we can be having a struggle best day but we're still moving. We're still progressing, even if slowly. So even on those tough days, consider the things that you are accomplishing, the things that are going right, the things that make you smile in the day.
