While listening to a podcast tonight a question was asked about how do you focus on being more grateful. It was from the angle of struggling to find things to be grateful for. The host then said, “imagine something that you love tremendously and then imagine losing it, and then imagine getting it back.”
I have so much to be grateful for and I’m also a person who is generally happy and wakes up that way every day. Hearing explained like that made me reflect on Father’s Day and getting to spend the day with my family. I hope you were able to find something to be grateful for today even in the midst of adversity in life's busyness.
