Sometimes, all it takes is one small step, one tiny act, to get the momentum going! You prove to yourself that you can stand your ground and you start to build trust in yourself again.
Boundaries can be anything you need them to be. Anything to give you peace, strength, or whatever else you need.
I promise myself I won't take my laptop to my bedroom and that I will not have a TV in my bedroom. My sleep is too important for the possibility that I'll get sucked into all the distractions available. I have books a plenty, but nothing digital, except for my Alexa, and occasionally my phone (work phone and all).
