I want you to try something today.
Instead of asking:
“How much do I still need to get done this week?”
Ask:
“What is everything currently asking something from me?”
Not just work.
Your business.
Your job.
Your family.
Your relationships.
Your finances.
Your health.
Your phone.
Your inbox.
Other people's expectations.
Decisions you haven't made.
Conversations you're avoiding.
Things you've said yes to that you don't really have capacity for.
Because your brain and nervous system don't only carry what's written on your to-do list.
They carry the unfinished, unresolved and emotionally demanding things too.
And sometimes we think we need better time management when what we actually need is capacity management.
So today, choose ONE thing:
REMOVE: something that doesn't need doing.
REDUCE: something you're giving more energy to than necessary.
REQUEST: something you could ask someone else to help with.
RECOVER: something that would genuinely replenish you.
Which one do you need most today?
REMOVE, REDUCE, REQUEST or RECOVER?
