How do we gain access to the introductory master class and the other lessons thereafter? I appreciate the help in advance!

Good morning, everyone! I hope you've all had a fantastic week. I have a quick question I'd love your input on. If I were to sign my first client to sell their property independently (outside of the estate agency I work for), is there anything legally or professionally stopping me from doing so? Would I need to register as an estate agent, or could I manage this freelance style? I’m looking to get all my ducks in a row, as I'll be doing some door-knocking on my days off. Hi all, Posting cards today and thought I would take the jump and knock my first door - was a bit of a mess if I'm honest. Tried to get out something along the lines of 'I notice you are currently on the market. Hows it going? here is my card if you need any help or advice' God knows how it came out but it didn't sound good to me. How do you all get on with it and any advice very much appreciated. (do you keep it brief, whats is your go to line etc..) Hope you have all had a great week.
