Had a productive day yesterday driving all over Tennessee in our NEW car...Locked up and sold 2 deals yesterday. 1 in Chattanooga and one in Mt. Joliet. I turned down the deal in Memphis. a $23K day! $11k assignment for the one in Chattanooga and $12k for Mt. Joliet. Nice having the buyer lined up before the properties and knowing what the MAX is they're willing to spend ahead of time. So, I know where I need to be with my offers ahead of time. 🔥🔥🔥Finance company gonna be mad at me when my first $400 car payment comes due, and I just pay the $10k balance off in full...🤣🤣🤣
