Hey, My name is Sahid, i’m currently 19 and interested in real estate/getting into a business. Currently majoring in Computer science and work FT at a BMW Dealership. Honestly not sure what my path is so trying to find something i’d enjoy and can do as a “career”. I’ve currently been trying to find a way to get into section 8 or rental properties for long term passive income. Honestly just making this post for some guidance as to how i can get started with rental properties and help on how to get guidance and all other things i should know to build myself a guide or a step-by-step.
