I’ve been researching Florida foreclosure auctions and noticed some listings that say “as-is, clear title.”
For those who’ve bought at auction:How do you confirm whether there are still junior liens or HOA debts that survive the sale? Any reliable title search methods or local contacts you recommend before bidding?
I’m trying to avoid surprises after purchase and would appreciate any tips.
