PadSplit while waiting for another renter?
Im at 75% occupancy and was just thinking about throwing the room in Padsplit until I get somebody that wants to commit longer term
The calculator is showing me more than what I make on my room on my own and -20% that it might be sitting, it is still not a bad deal.
I know tenant quality isn't as good and I dont get to vet them and they take a big chunk of the first days. I guess Im just wondering if its worth it meanwhile its not rented? 🤔
Then again, might just lower asking, offer a free month or both...
