Intro - Michele Sharpe
Hello, Piggy backing off recent post for members to introduce themselves. My Name is Michele Sharpe and I live in South Florida. I am actively negotiating to convert an older house into a co-living space that I plan to self-manage. I am also a project manager (W2). I wanted to learn more about this strategy and very appreciative of the knowledge gained so far as this is my first venture into real estate investing.
