Hey, everybody!
I'm in St. Louis, Missouri.
I have owned/managed a 4-unit building for 10 years, and have acquired 2 new SFRs in the past year.
I have 2 other unoccupied houses that I hope to sell in the near future.
I have another one under contract, that I think it would be a great coliving house.
My biggest hurdle is finding someone local who has experience with coliving who could help me navigate the setup process.
Padsplit does not operate here, yet.
I'm looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where/when I can.
