Hey! I’m really excited about this week’s call because we’re diving into one of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had in years. I realized I’ve been trying to squeeze life out of progress—believing that if I just made enough money, paid off enough debt, solved enough problems, or got enough done, then I’d finally be free to enjoy life. But progress and life are not the same category. Progress builds a better future; it was never meant to satisfy your heart.
On today’s call, we’ll unpack the difference between maintenance, progress, recovery, connection, and aliveness, and why so many men unknowingly starve their hearts while becoming more productive. This one lesson has changed the way I think about work, marriage, recovery, and even pornography. If you’ve ever felt like you’re getting things done but still feel empty inside, I think this conversation is going to give you language and practical tools that could genuinely change the way you live.
