Currently posted up on the Big Island for 3 weeks! not the cheapest nomad spot out there, but we’re here visiting my grandparents (in their 80s) and staying at a family friend’s Airbnb we scored for a wild deal 🙏🏽

Definitely more laid-back and affordable than Oahu or Maui, and while it’s not the best if you’re trying to stretch your dollar long-term, it’s been amazing to blend family time, a change of scenery, and remote work.

Sometimes remote freedom isn’t about geo-hacking the cheapest city it’s about using the flexibility to be where it matters. Just grateful we can work from anywhere…🏝️🙌
