How To Know If You Actually Had A Productive Day
For the longest time, I felt like I wasn’t doing enough.
I’d end my day saying:
❌ Am I even making progress?
❌ I had a shitty day.
❌ I could’ve done better.
And that feeling sucked.
Then my mentor gave me one simple piece of advice:
“Track everything and score it.”
Most people go through life feeling like they’re unproductive because they don’t actually measure anything.
Now, I don’t rely on feelings—I track my progress.
At the end of each day, I ask myself:
“Out of 5, was I effective? Productive? Aligned with my mission?”
If it’s not a 5, I know what to improve tomorrow.
No more second-guessing. No more overthinking. Just clarity and real progress.
Because at the end of the day, as long as I moved the needle forward—even just a little—that’s all that matters.
