Unreliable Cleaners
Tomorrow is my first day of appointments. Contractor has been so communicative and excited to start taking jobs, back ground check, W-9, cleaner agreement, payroll setup etc has been done. The day before she decides she’s going to block me and leave me hanging. Thankfully I have other cleaners lined up. Moral of the story, what are some extra steps I can take to ensure I’m hiring the right person?
